Instructions

Get each rangatahi to place 1 hand in the bucket of cold water
Get each rangatahi to stand in the open air with both hands in the air.
Discuss the effects of the cold air on each hand.
Go back inside the hut and discuss the causes, symptoms and treatments of hypothermia.
