1 sponge ball, goalposts

Instructions

1. Set up the goals at either end of the playing area
2. Pick two teams. Can be played with multiple teams and rotate the teams as needed.
3. Everyone plays in a crab postion, belly up on hands and feet. The main challenge is for players to stay in this position for the duration so instigate a sin-bin for persistane offenders.
4. Normal Football rules apply from then on.
