Description

Decorate a Malt Biscuit as the Cross of St George flag for England - Red cross (Fruit roll) on white icing background
Alternatively use a hovis cheese biscuit with cream cheese and tiny slices of tomato or red pepper for a healthier option.

Resources

Malt biscuits, Icing sugar, Red fruit roll cut up into suitable lengths
Alternative: use piped red icing in tubes.

Instructions

Make White icing - not too runny
Cut fruit roll into strips, one long and two short to go above and below the horizontal main cross
Alternative: Beavers/Cubs to pipe red icing in cross shape on to biscuits
